Scents and Sizes

Q.  What scents do you have available for your custom candles?
A.  We have over 30 scents available.  You can find the full scent list and their descriptions here.
Q.  Can you mix scents?
A.  I would be happy to combine any scents from the scent list.
Q. What size are your D20 candles?
A. Each D20 candle measures 2.5" tall and 2" wide

Shipping

Q. I need my candles by a certain date.  Can you help me?
A. I am more that happy to try and accommodate shorter ship times.  However please message me and I would be happy to see what I can do.
Q. What are your processing times?
A. My current turn round times are as follows
1-2 business days for tealights
2-5 business days for pre-made D20's
1-2 weeks for custom orders and pillar candles

Shipping

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Used Candles
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
